October 25, 2015 beginning from 11am to 6pm at the Overpeck Bergen County Park, 40 Fort Lee Rd, Leonia, NJ 07605

Expect more than a dozen Fil-American performers during the Cultural & Variety Shows

“You are a TRUE Filipino if you can eat a piece of  balut” as our old folks will always say to the young generation

The question is, can you EAT a developing duck embryo (fertilized duck egg)??? a big Oh-My-Gee for all first timers

BALUT is a very common streetfood in the Philippines, boiled and eaten in the shell,

sprinkled with a little salt or spicy vinegar to add more pleasure in your taste buds.
